Lavatube review and power explaination

Postby Artist Boy » Tue Jan 10, 2012 12:27 pm

Found this video, I posted it in the video section as well but I feel this video should be seen by more people.

The lady does a nice job explaining the power flow and battery current of the Lavatube and why you should know what you want to use and what to use what on.

The Lavatube is not designed to handle LR vaping at high voltage. If you want that get a stacked single volt mod at the voltage you want.

The Lavatube is designed for regular resistance attys (or what ever you use) to be vaped at different voltages.

I know there has been a lot of talk other places about who the LT under preforms with certain device on it, well it is not really designed to handle a LR DCC at 5v. If you want that then you should not get a Lavatube you should buy a 5v stacked battery mod.

Anywho here is the video, I think everyone should watch it, you will learn something......

So don't use low-resistance attys on the lavatube? I think that's what I got from that. All i know is that i want a lavatube now. I need money :crazy:

you can use LR on the LT but is just seems silly and defeats the purpose of having a VV mod. The LR is meant to simulate HV vaping, so if you have a device that can do HV vaping whats the point of using LR? you can't expect LR to work at HV correctly and that will normally kill the atty any way.

If you want to use LR on the LT just dont try pushing it past 4.0ish volts or you will get limited by the amp limiter

LR= low resistance
HV= high voltage
VV= variable voltage
LT= Lavatube

Wow!
Now that clip was the most interesting and easiest way to understand how the power flow works on regular attys vs LR attys and what the LT does. 8-)

Havent seen the clip, but your explanation was great AB. I need to remember how you stated that for when I explain it to others!
