Magma atomizers back order

I had been waiting for my inferno kit to ship ever since last Saturday. When i did a CS ticket on Tuesday they told me "There was a back order on Magma atomizers but we got a shipment of them today so your package will be shipped sometime today." My Fed ex tracking still says that Volcano still hasn't given them the package. It just kinda irks me that i got 2 day shipping and its been almost a week and my package hasn't even left the company. Any news on those back ordered Magma atomizers or my package would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry about the delays on your order, the back ordered attys came in on Weds, to the best of my knowledge, and the orders have gone out. If the tracking still has no update, I recommend either calling or opening an ticket to have them look into way it still has not shipped. It should have gone out by now. Phone CS will not be back in till Monday, but tickets to get done over the weekends. So I would suggest making a ticket. They can get ahold of shipping and make sure that your order has shipped.

I am truly sorry to hear that the order has been delayed so long.
