I'd guess out of the box, if you were smoking a pack a day, you'd use 3-4 carts a day...but it's variable..depends on how you vape, how much you get out of a cart and stuff.

i'd say that is about right. just go ahead and assume you'd be vaping a pack of carts a day. you won't, but that will give you some extra...

and the beautiful thing about vaping is that shortly after you start, you will soon forget about trying to figure out the equivilents, as they just wont matter. ;)

If you feel like vaping, vape. If you don't, don't. 8-)

Personally, I tried to figure out what a cart equals and how much nic in this versus that, and all that stuff. But once I was no longer smoking analogs, I just kinda stopped worrying about it. My nic addiction tells me when I need it, and tells me when I don't. I have just learned to listen to it, rather than lighting up a cigarette at specific times (wake up, meals, driving, etc.)

I'd have to agree with everyone here. If you search my posts you'll find comparisons for nicotine levels but each person is different, and each brand of cigarette is different. Also, analogs have 4000+ other chemicals in them that you are ALSO addicted to which is not advertised by the cigarette companies. Although nicotine is the main addictive ingredient you won't be getting those other cheicals so you may make up for that by vaping more than you used to smoke. Guess what.. its perfectly fine to do so. Vape how you want, when you want and you'll be successful. If you smoked full flavor short cigarettes you may want the full flavor liquid/carts, and if you smoked lights, stick with the low liquid/carts. Its pretty much that simple. If you're a light smoker you may want to try the Volcano, if you're a heavy smoker you'll probably like the Magma better.

I will agree with the other posts. I would say a pack of carts for a pack of analogs is a good way to estimate what you need to buy to start. Congrats on deciding to vape. :D
