I ordered my magma starter kit along with a couple extras on the first. Waited a few days and saw it still hadn't shipped so I sent in a ticket. Got a response right away saying my order had been missed due to a move and was credited some points for the inconvenience while my package was sent on it's way. I honestly would have been just as happy to just get an apology and have it shipped but you guys ROCK and now I can get my next bottle of liquid at half price. :clap:

:wave: I am very pleased we were able to get you squared away quickly. I am sorry for the hiccup. :crazy: Moving the entire company to a new warehouse has proved to be quite the chore. If you need anything else please do not hesitate to let us know. :)

I too have been waiting a few days for my order to be listed as "shipped". Is it possible my order was also lost in the move? Mama always told me patience was a virtue, but I want my Inferno! :thumbup: If I don't see any movement by tomorrow,I'll send in a ticket too. I have no dobt the CS will be awesome, as always.

I think it's a different issue for you AB posted this recently.
