Missing Item

I recieved my order yesterday for one atomizer, one pack of blank carts and one bottle of ejuice. However the ejuice was not in the package. :( Has this happened to anyone else? What do i do from here.. I have called and emailed customer service and am still waiting for a response. This really sucks cuz i am all out of liquid and im going crazy.

Hey,

Sometimes mistakes happen. Sometimes these are very inconvenient...sorry you're in that position. Customer Service (and Volcano in general) typically operate on HI time...which is quite a bit different from the time here in the Mainland...they're very good about returning phone calls if you've left a message with a number they can reach you at. I've also had a lot of luck just e-mailing when there are problems. Hang in there and I'm sure they will get it taken care of. If you're "out" of liquid, have you used an oral syringe to mine what is left in the cart fillers of stock carts? I know Evil Ernie reviews how to do that in his video "Blue Foam is Our Friend" which is located in the vaping tips thread and/or if you search youtube for EvilErnie1969. Though it's not ideal, that's a way to make sure you have enough liquid to get by on....

Had it happen once due to damaged package during shipping. They replaced it. Where are you located? There are a few people here who have been known to help a brother out in situations like this if it keeps them from going back to analogs.

Yea...mistakes happen....it has happenend to me.....no biggie....CS is great. ;)

Dont know where you are located, as it is not on your ava.....but perhaps there is a kiosk (I know, not Volcano, but) or something near you.....I have one near me, that if in a pinch, I would go hit them up for some juice or whatever...

yes customer support has been very helpful in the past with me. Im hoping they will continue to do so. This is whats so sad about it ive already used up the small amount that you can get out of the used stock carts with a oral syringe lol. Im just hoping that i dont have to wait another five days to get my juice. I live in arizona and there is nothing out here for juice... just green nicotine kiosks and they have cartomizers and dont sell juice ha

So C.S. responded and said they would send me a new one... i wonder if they would upgrade shipping due to the inconvenience?... at this point i would almost be willing to pay for faster shipping but idk i kinda think its their fault i dont have it in the first place so they should get it to me as fast as possible?

they will send it out USPS, I had this happen last week but still got it in like 3 days
