The first 30 days was pretty rough with the coughing, but it gets less and less these days. My chest feels great for someone who smoked 2 packs a day for over 22 years. E-cigs might not be perfectly healthy for you, but they are damn sure healthier than analogs. I really think the PG/VG has been helping me get a lot of this crap out of my lungs. Smoke from an analog cigarette is hot and dry, just think how much of this crap we have caked in our lungs. Its going to take a looooong time go get most of it out.
All kinds of things I used to do before smoking.. I have been thinking about doing again soon. Snorkeling, Swimming, Hiking, Bicycling, Jogging... I may not be there yet but there is now light at the end of the tunnel!

I found that working out helped me get rid of all that junk faster out of my lungs. You get the lungs working more and they will move the crud out faster. At least in my case. The first few days of working out I thought Iwas gonna pass out and die..LOL.. but after about a week I felt much better. Now I am running the mile at the same times I was back in High School.

Running?!?!?! Isn't that why we have cars?!?!?
I'm still having short cough episodes, and constantly clearing my throat. The air in Colorado is so freakin dry, I've had to double up on my hydration. YAY WATER! Went to the eye doc and he said the vessels are already starting to loosen up a bit. I'll never get my left eye back (thanks to my stupidity 25 yrs ago with the help of tobacco), but at least it won't get worse. Blood pressure is way down too! w00T!!!!
VOLCANO FTW!!!!

Not when you are unemployed and own a gas sucking vehicle. Gas right now here is 2.99/gal, I can't afford to drive.

I am constantly clearing my throat as well. I thought at first it was the vaping causing it, but then I realized.. hmm its spring.. I have allergies to well.. just about everything that is green, yellow, or orange in color (and that includes grass which I have to mow 1x a week). The vaping may actually be contributing to the sinus issues but if anything I think it is allergy related. Anyway, I figure six months from now if I am still having sinus issues I may have to stop vaping, smoking, etc. for a while and see if it goes away but it is doubtful since I've had sinus and allergy problems since I was a child. Regardless of the sinus issues and the clearing of my throat constantly my lungs have never felt this good, well they may have before I started smoking but I'll be honest, that was 22+ years ago and I simply don't remember how they felt back then!
