Postby Shred909 » Sun May 22, 2011 4:11 pm

I have JUST learned this trick and it is FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!!!

I wedged the blue soft tips from the Carto refill kit onto the dripper cap and they stay on very well. Now i don't have to dirty syringes to fill tanks. this is just awesome!!

Nice idea - sure beats buying pre-made fill bottles.

you, sir, are ingenious. I HATE taking tank caps off because they can be little buggers quite often, but in the same respect, I hate messing with syringes. looks like you solved my problem :)

You have to really cram them on there. It may only work with certain bottles. You could try different tips as well. If anyone has any better ideas, im all ears.

....and yeah, i have been busy now that the weather is nicer out this way. Doing yard work and such. Also getting both my comps. cleaned and dust free so they don't overheat during the summer. Remember folks, im a compulsive neat freak. When spring rolls around, i get crazy. Sorta like mothers who go through their nesting.
