do the threads of either the cap or the bottle look damaged? You might have some defective caps. If so Please contact CS and we will get you taken care of.

Mine leak around the threads sometimes too. I've noticed it seems to happen when I'm squeezing the bottle harder.

A quick and dirty fix for needle tip caps that leak from the threads is to take an o-ring off of a drip tip and place it inside of the cap, making sure that it's completely around the center raised portion of the inside of the cap that's supposed to seal the cap to the inside top of the bottle. If you have a busted clearo on hand, you can also use the thinner o-ring shell seal from the base of that as well. Hope this helps.

Is there any way you folks could sell empty bottles - esp. 15 ml? That way one could be (pretty) sure the needle nose caps would fit - I have a bunch of bottles, some with child proof caps, and there is only one more rigid plastic 10ml that doesn't squeeze very well, that the caps fit. I want to carry them in the LT case .....
