They're both new (from the Volcano Lounge in Raleigh, NC). It's near impossible to tell if they're leaking from the threads or the needle base. One of them is brand new I bought a couple new ones because the one I had leaked. They ALL leak! I've run a long hat pin through the needles, so they're clear. It's a mess and a waste- I need a better filling method. I'll be heading to my local Volcano Lounge this week for juice, and I will bitch to them about it too.Artist Boy wrote:where is it leaking?
how long have you had it?
If it is leaking from around the needle or something, you should contact CS and they should replace it for ya. I have no leaking with mine at all.

Was rubber ring from the needle cover put on the bottle before the needle tip cap was screwed on? Sometimes that ring can get caught up under the threads when it's put on that way, it'll cause it to leak pretty badly. Luckily, it's the easiest fix in the world. Just take the cap off, remove the rubber ring put the cap back on and then slide the rubber ring over the needle tip cap. Should fix it.
Btw, Linda, Which mall did you get it from? ... Pretty much any location would be glad to help you with the issues. We sell a load of clearos and caps with very little problems, but when there are problems we support our customers. Quite honestly, nobody does customer service as well as Volcano does. I actually recall a Linda who bought an Inferno kit with mega clearos here at the Anderson Mall, sometime around when you mentioned you bought your kit. If that was you, feel free to give a call or stop back by. I'm fairly sure that I haven't heard from you since then. If you tried to call and we didn't answer, please leave a message, as we do not answer the phone when we are with a customer ... but we will return the call as soon as we're able if a message is left.
Also, if you do feel that clearos aren't for you, there are many other methods that Volcano offers that work with the Inferno, including dripping, tanks, tube tanks, and even the Volcano prefilled cartos.
