New Cartomizers for the Volcano are Here!!!!

just saw pics of the new V-Deluxe kit, and now i am wondering, which of the cartos will come in black and which in white? because the orange (although it looked like a burnt red to me in the pic) didn't really suit either the black or the white pack

they are color coded. the blanks are white. the orange in the picture is tobacco, I believe. blue is blue water punch, green is menthol... etc.

well, that is a disappointment, good thing i decided to sell my friend my volcano and stick with the inferno and mega magma

heads up guys i've already come across 3 of these that don't work on my batteries...two tobacco cartos and 1 blank carto.

tried on inferno, 4 different v batts, 2 magma batts, and 1 mega manual.

it's a plate issue. they don't screw in right like the rest of them do. one of them i can get to work on my inferno but it's a stiff stiff draw.

the plates/ center air tubes do move like the attys. I have had a few I had to move.

so, i played with the connector plate, and it definitely isn't that. i think it is actually the threading. it's shorter than the ones that work. i took a pic to try to capture it, not sure if it came out though. at any rate, just a warning that there might be some QC gone awry.

i don't mean to scare anyone away from these, they are actually freakin phenominal. but i got more than one that is not working and they all seem to have the same threading. for note on this pic the tobacco one is the one that is not screwing in correctly. (weird, my share function in picasa is greyed out. wtf)

They should offer the cartomizers in black & white like the cartridges, and just have the text that's printed on the side in the color of the flavor. (Like the MC for Milk Chocolate, the CL for Cherry Lava, VB for Vanilla Bean, etc.) As for the blanks, they could have a white strip around the bottom where you could write the flavor in, with the rest black. This would still solve the issue with labeling, while also satisfying the customers who want them to match the batteries. (Me being one of them because I've got OCD & not having it match would drive me insane lol.) I actually just ordered a bunch of the old cartridges to delay my switch to the cartomizers, but since a lot only had white left & my battery is black I just push a paper clip through the hole on the bottom to get the plastic piece with the cotton & liquid out, then put it into one of my used black cartridges. When I have to place my next order I was going to try a pack of the cartomizers though, but if I don't like them I was going to just buy liquid & refill the empty cartridges as many times as I can to hopefully delay the switch for a little bit. Even though I'm new to vaping I have a hard time letting go of the cartridges & making the switch to cartomizers lol. (Especially because of the price.) Of course, it's just my luck that I find a new thing I love & they change it. Why couldn't they just continue to offer both?

if you really don't want to use cartos, pick up a drip tip and a bottle of liquid. you will find that the vapor production is more steady and it tastes better
