I've been using them for a month or two and like them a lot! How ever I have two now where the plastic tube just crumbled, like plastic thats been out in the sun too long. The first one that cracked and split I figured maybe it was me and I bit on it too hard or something, but another one did it today, and it's crumbling in the middle not at the end. Anybody else had this happen? I had just cleaned this one yesterday, per the video with hot water and burned the element clean, wonder if that had anything to do with it? I reordered a pack today because I like them so much. hope this isn't a trend.

How long were the ones that crumbled in use? Also, what liquid are you using with them? Clearos like pretty much any other vaping method are definitely meant to be disposable in the long run. I generally get between 5 and 10 refills out of them, though I also don't go through the cleaning process, which would extend the life of them somewhat.

About 3 months, and used heavy, didn't keep track of number of refills! I'm waiting for a new order for them to arrive and maybe will keep track of number of refills just to know. I'm just concerned about how the plastic crumbled. Mostly use Johnson Creek liquids. The heaters in the crumbled ones still working fine. If I burned up the heaters from use I'd say oh well, but to have the plastic die is up setting.

some flavorings react badly with the plastic of the clearos causing them to crack or shatter. flavors that are known to do this are some strong cinnamons or apples. I've even heard from a few people that they've had issues with certain banana flavorings.

I've been using mostly Cherry,and Menthol I also use Vapor Pro, Very Vanilla , Menthol Blast, and Very Cherry. I still haven't found a menthol that is satisfyingly.
