New order

I bought something from Volcano today, it also shipped out today. I paid for two day Fed Ex. Now FedEx says it will be here Tuesday. Now correct me if I am wrong but that is not two day?

I am not mad or anything but mostly curious if I have any options to call Fedex and see if they can speed that up. I am going out of town for several days on Tuesday morning. It supposed to be here Tuesday afternoon. Now this estimated date doesn't bother me, but I know that Fedex will hold a shipment even it's here and ready to be delivered before that.


Has anyone else dealt with this before and came to a good resolution?

in Fed Ex world that is 2 day, as 2 day fed ex does not count the weekend or holidays. So Friday is day one (as they don't count the pick up day), and then you have the weekend and Monday is a holiday so that makes Tuesday day 2.

It seems everytime I order from Volcano, there is some dam holiday..lol

hey anytime. Sorry I couldn't give you better news like "if you call this super secret number you can have it on Saturday" But at least you know whats up now.

I am sure I will see many more "wheres my orders" and "why does it say Tuesday" posts and tickets in the next few days. Happens with every holiday. But I am here to soothe the trouble minds. Happy vaping my friend.
