New to Volcano

I just wanted to stop in and say thank you so much for your fast service and equally great product. Ive already made two different purchases in total of 200 dollars. My friend introduced me to this product and I must say I am as giddy as a school girl after the first three weeks of not smoking analog. I purchased the Inferno with the tank and drip kit. I also purchased blue water punch and a 5 pack of blank cartomizers. I was a two pack a day smoker before switching and now I havent touched a analog since the first purchase. My second purchase consisted of a carry case, tube tank, 5 pack of mega clearomizers. I also got a tshirt and sticker to put on the back window of my truck. I will gladly advertise for your company. Im never switching back to smoking analogs again. After three weeks of not smoking my lungs feel great and I can tell I have a step on my employees at work. I work in the landscape industry and all but one of my guys smoke. I can tell that my health has started to get better even after the first 3 days. I was a really bad chain smoker and wouldnt even finish my analogs all the way because it would have me coughing so hard I had to throw it down. That was such a waste of money but at the time I didnt even think about how much I was spending. Its amazing how much money is left in my bank account after the first 3 weeks of giving up analogs. I do have two concerns though.
1. I went through the first pack of cartos in two weeks. Is this normal? How long should each one last a two pack a day smoker? Not only that but one of the cartos wouldnt even work right out of the box. No need to throw a hissy fit about it because I love your product.
2. I love the tank setup except one thing. I realized I was going through about four tanks of liquid a day using the tank as directed by Chris on the video. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I can puff on this thing like crazy because of my past smoking habit. I was told that I was puffing on it too much and causing it to melt the tank inside the tankomizer causing the liquid to leak all out of the tank. Is this even possible because I have never felt the tankomizer get really hot. I felt it get a bit warm but not so hot as to melt the plastic. I inspected the tank that I had this happening with and there are no signs of melting. I know for sure that I did as directed in the video. Trust me I watched the video three times just to make sure. I also managed to chip off the red paint from the tankomizer a bit just after purchasing it. Working in this kind of industry I can have all kinds of things going on and not always can I safely store my inferno anywhere but in my pocket. Hopefully the carry case is gonna help some with that.
3. I enjoyed your liquids especially the blue water punch. However I was a camel smoker for years. I found a site that sold different flavors of juice. Including a camel liquid which I love. Do you recommend any liquids other than your own? I have been using the 50/50 vg/pg mix from juicyvapor.com

Thank you so much your product is so great that even two friends of mine have already made the switch. Im sure there will be alot more as time goes on. Im pretty sure you guys may have saved my life by introducing this product. I was skeptical at first because I purchased one before only to be disappointed by the lack of effort made by that company to make a dependable product. What a waste of money I thought but after four years of advancement in the technology I realize this thing is so much better than the other products on the market.

Welcome zack aboard the Volcano train and congratulations on kicking the habit!!

1. I went through the first pack of cartos in two weeks. Is this normal? How long should each one last a two pack a day smoker? Not only that but one of the cartos wouldnt even work right out of the box. No need to throw a hissy fit about it because I love your product.

I'm not sure which carto you are talking about, but if it is the metal version of the clearomizer, you should be able to clean and refill them about 4~5 times per carto depending on your usage, but I have never used them so I really can't say. One of the other veterans will chime in and clear that up for you.

Hopefully the carry case is gonna help some with that.

If you are talking about the tanks for the tankomizer, that should be normal for a heavy ex-smoker as I use to go through 4~5 tanks. Each tank holds about 1ml of liquid, so that would equal to about 4ml which is not bad. About the leakage, the Inferno tankomizers do have a leak issue, but I believe it has more to do with the design?since I have had zero issues with the MAGMA tankomizers (except that it holds less liquid than the INFERNO tankomizer). It could be you are pulling too hard (you should use longer and softer pulls like your breathing), and when you chain vape, the heat will thin down the liquid and cause it to leak out. However, out of 3 of my tankomizers, I only had issues with one. As for the tank melting, so far I have not heard of anything like that happen and believe that the tankomizer will not get hot to the point where it will melt plastic. The Inferno carry case is a must have in your line of work, it's sturdy yet portable, so you made the right choice getting one.

3. I enjoyed your liquids especially the blue water punch. However I was a camel smoker for years. I found a site that sold different flavors of juice. Including a camel liquid which I love. Do you recommend any liquids other than your own? I have been using the 50/50 vg/pg mix from juicyvapor.com

There are no restrictions when it comes to juice so that's not a problem. Just be sure to order from reputable sites, and for some delivery systems, 50/50 mix might not wick fast enough with your vaping style. Check out this thread from this forum regarding liquids from other vendors: ejuice-supplier-flavor-reviews-part-t5265.html

Hope this helps. :)
