My order hasn't shipped? 2 Days have passed: RESOLVED

I placed an order and paid Fedex 2 day shipping 2/7/2011 and today is 2/9/2011. I haven't even gotten the email that says its been shipped.

You won't get an email with the shipping info - you'll need to log into your store account and look at your orders - there will be a link to track the shipment

Don't panic.
Generally, if you placed the order on the 7th, then Volcano will send it out on the 8th. Then, in an ideal world with 2 day shipping, it would be delivered to your door on the 10th. Generally, though, it will be three days. You should get it tomorrow, or Friday at the latest.
As far as the email, Volcano swears they send one, but I have never received one either. I think the gremlins in cyberspace are hijacking the emails somewhere between Hawaii and LA
. What you can do is to log in to your store account, click on your orders tab, then there will be a tab for tracking your order. Click on that and it should let you know (as per whoever is shipping - USPS or FedEx) where it is.

Log into your account and check the status of the order. If it's shipped there will be a tracking number there.
The shipping email might have gotten held in a spam filter somewhere.

We are looking into it right now for ya. There has been some FedEx tracking updates to our system that haven't worked all that well. So sometimes orders ship but we never get tracking info for it. We will let you know as soon as we find out for ya.

Okay I have your information, I am sorry it took me so long. Tracking number is 794403380053 it's in Tennesse. It did ship out yesterday because you ordered after business hours.
