Order problem

So i just recieved my inferno starter kit and some accesories, theres a few things that i do not like about my order so far. So one of my batteries has scuffs on it and its chrome so its kind of noticable. Do you guys send out refurbished infernos as new ones or ones that someone might have returned to you. And my kit came with a magma atomizer when the website said it would come with a low res inferno atomizer, thats kind of disapointing. Also I ordered two replacement o-rings which comes with 5 each and i only recieved 6 total o-rings. Whats with that? I need some assistance with my order so please help.

they were sold out of inferno atomizers for about a week, and Joe had made an announcement that Inferno kits would be shipped with a standard Magma atomizer in the meantime until they got a new shipment of Inferno attys in.

please open a support ticket with CS about these issues, there they will be able to address the scuffed issue and the atomizer issue and help get you your other o-rings.
