Orders processed on the weekend?
by GeekInParadise » Sat Jan 22, 2011 5:03 pm
Hello,
Upon a referral from a friend, I decided to purchase the Inferno Kit this morning online and opted for in-store pickup (live on Oahu). I purchased online since I wanted my friend to receive the points for his future purchases.
I expected the order to go through fast and I could drive down and pick up, but my order is still showing as processing as of 4:00pm.
Do order get processed on the weekend or will I have to wait until Monday before I can drive a few miles away and pick up the Inferno Kit? I opened a ticket and called CS, but they are closed on the weekends.
Mahalo!

yes orders do get processed on Saturdays. Because we do ship on Saturdays.
Once the order says complete it will be ready for pick up.

Good to know, thanks! Wouldn't have been a big deal if not, but was curious.
A bit anxious to get it is all as my friend used to use the Blu like I am using and was unable to quit completely and the Inferno did it for him.
Mahalo for the info and have a great weekend!

Quick follow up on this.
I did get a reply from CS yesterday letting me know that since I was doing an in-store pickup, all I had to do was provide the Order/Invoice # at the shop and didn't need to wait for the "Processing" to change to completed.
So I printed out the invoice, and took it down to the Kapahulu location where they took care of me with the other things I needed to purchase (mega clearo, drip tip, juice) to get me started.
So far, so good with the exception of the first mega clearo leaking most of the juice out over the course of a few hours. Not sure if that's normal, but I'm trying another clearo today to see if it does the same.
Anywho, just wanted to give props to CS getting me an answer @5'ish pm on a Saturday night in Hawaii allowing me time to pick up my Inferno.
