I know they do overnight USPS...but that it hasn't always worked well...

There is an over night USPS option, but it will cost you an arm, leg and the sole to your first born. Ok not really but like 19 bucks can seem like it. and that is USPS imaging the price for Fed Ex overnight.

As for billing to 3rd party, I am not sure Mike would have to answer that one.

2 day is not bad to wait and we even ship out Fed EX on Saturdays now so that helps some.

Yeah I saw the USPS option , I hate US Postal service lolol the overnight rates I checked based on the discounts on my FedEx account using a 2lb rate from Hawaii to NY is about $20.19 for FedEx Standard Overnight® (this includes my business's discount rate )

The USPS Express Mail tbh I dont like or would trust loolol just a preference

There really is no point in paying $19.00 for overnight UPS shipping when they offer $7.99 flat rate shipping for 2 day fed ex. you arent going to find a much better deal when it comes to that. On both orders I have placed with volcano the order has been processed within the hour. thats pretty impressive.
