Points still pending.

I ordered my kit about 3 weeks ago, give or take a few days.
Well I just ordered juice and the points showed up using a differnt payment.
However I did get my kit in the mail and my CC was charged...
Whats going on, I want my 14 Vpoints :[

The best thing to do is to log into your account, go to the customer service section, and submit a ticket. Be sure to check the status of the ticket through out the day. CS is very good about crediting points.

we had a few glitches over the past few weeks. if you did not get your points please open a support ticket with CS or call our CS phone line and we will get those points to you.
