Possible shipping error?

I made an order of 266$ on the 6th of March, and after about 3 or 4 days it still said it hadn't shipped. I opened up a customer service ticket and was responded to that because it was such a big order, they probably couldn't fit it all in a flat rate envelope. I was responded to 2 days later than that saying that the order was re-sent and the problem should be fixed. Checking the tracking information, it still says it hasn't shipped. I'm not really sure if it's USPS screwing up again, or if it's something I should be worried about :/

I will contact shipping when they open. Hawaii hours are about 5 hours behind me so it is about a quarter to 6am there.

After over a month of battling CS about my order that was placed on the 6th of March, they still haven't figured out my shipping issue. FML!!

Apparently it was requested that it be delivered to my house stateside. That is definately not the case. The only orders I make that I request delivery to my house are the back up orders for orders that I think will take over a month to get to me! I don't know what kind of 'research' you guys did on my order, but it doesn't even say on the invoice that I requested it be delivered to my house, nor did it ever show up at my house. Awesome. Thanks. I think I give up on this 266$ order because it's seriously frustrating me that everytime they say that they fixed it, it isn't fixed.

OMG..... This is not okay at all. This being Sunday I cannot get as much done as I would like but I will be handling this for you. Can you please PM me with the address in which it should have been sent to, an order number, and anything else you feel is pertinent. I will get to the bottom of this personally we will get this fixed. This is not okay and I do not know what happened since I am not in the office.

Sweety I am so sorry and this is not what we are about or how we do things. This will be fixed. This is also NOT how we treat our military or any other customer for that matter. This is just not acceptable.

Bare with me, it is Sunday and shipping wont be in till tomorrow but there is much I can do in the mean time.

Hang in there buddy! I have good faith in Shadow, she is great at what she does and when she says she will take care of it... consider it gold :thumbup:

I have no doubt that she's great at what she does. The last time I started getting irritated about this, I explained to her that I understand that there can be errors, especially when shipping to an APO address out of the country.
