Magma Mike here with the Volcanoecigs crew. We've gotten a lot of great suggestions over the past few months and have taken a lot your advice to heart with our product offerings. We want to make sure that we are continually meeting the needs of our customers and with that goal in mind, I encourage you to give us your feedback and ideas so that we can continue to improve the Volcanoecigs brand! Let us know what you think and tell us what we can improve upon and I assure you your suggestions will go a far way in helping us become a better company and brand. I had an idea come to me while I was writing up an Email to send in to you guys for business cards, so I came here right away to just put it out there.


I live in Las Vegas, where smoking in public doesn't get you beaten(yet). And I know a fair amount of places here are in support of 'vaping'. I hear constant stories on the Ecig forums of people vaping in Airports and the like.

The LED on the batteries is red, to make it look more like a regular cigarette, which is both good and bad at any given time.

The good: People won't walk up to you going 'the hell is THAT?!'

The bad: People won't ask about your Ecig, and you don't spread the word nearly as far as you could and possibly meet some new cool people. Also it may be mistaken for a regular cigarette which would be bad if you are vaping in a place smoking is not allowed.

Suggestion: Offer different colored LEDs on your batteries.
I know If I want a blue LED I could always order a battery from Blu and possibly get it sometime next year(please dear god don't make me order from them! *cries*).
Besides, I like the Volcano logo. I don't want that 'blu' junk on my battery!

You wouldn't have to replace everything like the kits and whatnot, maybe just offer it under the accessories or something. Like Battery 2: Blue LED, Battery 3: Green LED, Battery 4: Super death laser LED.

Hey Kodaxx,

As mentioned before, we will have the blanks up on the site in the next couple of days. As for the natural color cartridges, that was what we first offered and everyone gave us a resounding thumbs down and we switched to the black and white carts. We might look at bringing them back in the future though because together with a white battery, it almost looks like the real thing. We'll let you know if anything. Aloha ~

Manual Batteries would be nice and easier airflow through the cart and the atomizer?

There are a number of mods for carts to improve the airflow in them.
I don't think Volcano can do much about the airflow in the carts as they order them from a supplier.

But the manual battery isn't a bad idea.
I chose the volcano because of it's size, and the v-pack being able to carry 5 atomizers 5 carts and 2 batteries and charge one of the batteries if it needed it.

The automatic batteries work fine, but I would love to give manual ones a twirl as well. I was actually planning on buying like a 510 or 801 or something to try them, but if I can stay with the Volcano that'd be great.
