Also, cut your nicotine with the same liquid it was originally mixed with. I usually purchase 60mg nicotine in a PG base, so if I cut it I would use PG to dilute it. This also makes the calculations a bit easier when trying to get a certain PG/VG level.

I mean to say 6MG nic. Sorry about that. I have changed how I am going to go about doing this however. I will just mix up some 80/20 base without nic. then add flavorings to test flavors and tweak a bit. Then i will add the nic last using a syringe. My wife likes to vape but has never smoked a day in her life so i would like to cater to her needs as well and I am going to me mixing for my folks as well. In addition i don't want to waste nic. on a bad batch of something. I understand that adding nic to the final product will probably change my base to 85/15 or something but thats ok with me as long as i stay below 20% VG for my tanks then i will be happy.
