Premium USA Nicotine Frustration

Premium USA Nicotine Frustration

Postby Rjaymk » Sun Dec 25, 2011 12:21 pm

Hello

I just recently got an inferno and am having the hardest time with the bottle of Premium USA Menthol Nicotine. Now I don't know how often bottles cause difficulty for new users, but I cannot for the life of me get this bottle to open. I've twisted it every which way trying multiple methods such as pushing down to open it etc etc and it just wont open. Are the bottles suppose to be this hard to open? I've had multiple family members attempt to open it, but it wont budge. This is really causing some difficulty as I am not even able to use the ecig now just cause something as trivial as a bottle is preventing me from loading it correctly.

Is there some sort of magic technique im not understanding here?

Thanks

the cap is probably broken. it's supposed to be child proof, but they're not difficult to get off at all.

you could submit a ticket for it and they'll send you a replacement bottle or you could destroy the bottle to get the liquid out. but that wouldn't be very helpful unless you have another dropper bottle to transfer the liquid.

I had that happen one time. Had to take a pair of pliers to it to get it of. Luckily I had an empty bottle to transfer the liquid to.

Always good to keep a few washed out bottles around...just in case.
