We will get to your ticket today for sure, it might be later in the day, but we dont have that many tickets right now. So maybe a few hours or so. If you call the help line they might be able to get things taken care of you a bit faster since the helpline is at the shipping facility, and they would be able to look into the matter faster for you.

Hope everything gets work out for you soon and you get your order. I know waiting for things is a pain and I would hate to see you have to wait longer for a mess up.
