Processing forever: RESOLVED
by spike15179 » Mon Jan 10, 2011 5:58 am
This is my first time ordering from this company and i've been waiting patiently for about 5 days now for my product to get here but it seems to still be processing. It says on the website it will be shipped out in 24 hours but it seems that wasn't the case when i put my order in. I left two other ecig companys because i thought volcano seemed like a better place to buy from but i'm having the same problems here as i have had with everyone else. I'm not bad mouthing volcano products or anything i would just like to know why it is taking so long for the order to go threw.

Hey, Spike. I haven't had any troubles with my orders, but my experiences with customer service have been great. I would suggest that you log in to your store account, and then on the left-hand menu there will be a link to Customer Service where you can open a ticket. They are very responsive when you do that.
Good luck and sorry you are having such troubles; in my opinion Volcano is the best ecig company out there right now.

It could be that the website hasn't updated yet - it has happened to me a few times. If it's hit your bank account then that typically means the order has been shipped so I wouldn't worry too much - just a glitch on the status page.
Contact CS and they can verify and update the status on your page. If you ordered it last Wednesday, then via FedEx 2 day it will typically arrive on Monday.

Yeah, there are occasionally some glitches and opening a ticket with Customer Service will then know to look into it. I know AB had talked about a similar issue with someone else...they're great about following up on stuff. Sorry you're having this issue with your first order, the company's great and I hope you'll be able to see that when you do contact customer service.

Did you by chance order anything that was out of stock?

Hello Spike,
I checked into your order and it appears that it may have gotten stuck in a glitch in the system, or someone for got to update your order.
The best thing you could do is either call CS at 1-800-870-3357 or open a ticket with CS. That way they can look into your order and see if it did ship out and the system just did not update your order status or if someone over looked it or miss placed your order. If you call and get the voice mail, please leave a message with your contact info and a brief explanation of your problem and a CS rep will get back to you as soon as they can. When you get the voice mail it means all reps are on the line with some one.
This is by no means a common occurrence but it happens once in a while. We do strongly apologize for this problem and will work with you to get this matter resolved as fast as we can.

Everything that i ordered was in stock lol. I wrote a ticket order earlier this morning upon receiving a reply to my previoues comment saying their might have been a glitch but it hasn't been adressed yet but thats ok. I'm patiently waiting to recieve my volcano hopefully it was just a glitch or something. Im probably gonna call the helpline and see whats going on. Thanks for the help everyone

Remember, they're on HI time...so from CST, it's a ways into my workday before they start..and they do things in the order received...and don't work weekends (typically)...so Monday's it's kind of a catch up from the start...it might take a little bit for them to get to you...just a heads up...
