I ordered an inferno starter kit at 3:30am CST on July 21st. It is now past 11:00am on the 22nd, and my order still shows that it is processing. Just wondering if this is a glitch on the site, or if it hasn't shipped yet. Thanks in advanced.

When the site went down a couple of days ago, they got SWAMPED with phone orders. Please have some patience, I'm sure they will get your order ASAP.

Most likely it shipped. But to be sure open a CS ticket.
With the site crash orders still got processed but the system did not get updated.

Does that mean the on line orders are not getting through with the site going down the other day?

Any order place was saved in invoices in the shipping department. All orders placed have been shipped. If you did not get confirmation we are sorry. We lost data on a lot of tracking numbers, and with out a tracking number the automated system will not send the email. We tried to hand process all confirmations but we may missed a few. Please if you placed an order around the time of the site being down, check to make sure it has processed to complete. If it has not you will not rreceive your points for the order. If it is stuck in processing, please contact CS and we wil process the order manually so you can get your points.

I never recieved the tracking number in my email address, but I was able to track my package going into my account, and clicking on my order. Those who haven't recieved a tracking number might want to try it.
