Profile issue

I know I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box,but I think I'm missing something.
I'm trying to find the section on where I can edit my profile,ie. pic. signature.. :oops:

click on the 3rd tab at the top of the page "User Control Panel"

you can edit all your settings from there.
