K heres the next update for ya, the package got delivered when i was in florida. My co-worker was nice enough to take a picture of it and message me letting me know that it arrived on Feb 3rd, 8 days after i ordered it. The postal worker actually dated and initaled the envelope because she was saying i should be able to take the envelope to the Post Office and get refunded the cost of the shipping since it took so long to get here.
And then today i had an auction at my property and after i opened one of the units and backed out of the way so everyone could see i happened to look down at the corner of the building and there tucked in a crack between the building and the pavement was the battery i initally lost in the snow
. Crazy the way things work out...

If they refund your shipping, you're pretty damn close to the cost of replacing that battery

Yep, surprisingly enough i dried it out and charged it up (only needed a short charge because when i lost it originally it was fully charged) and it fired right up. That was yesterday around 4pm, used it all night and this morning so far with no problem at all.
to Volcano to the quality of product when an Inferno battery can sit outside in crappy weather (freezing cold with rain and snow) for 2 weeks and still work perfectly fine, and the only cosmetic damage is a very small chip in the paint about an inch under the button.

That is impressive...would this be due to the fact that these are sealed in a way the auto batteries are not?

Water can still get into the battery via the button hole. The key is not firing it up while still wet so as to not short out the internal circuitry.
