If you are having any problems with your Volcano or Magma Kits, please email cs@volcanoecigs.com, or call Volcano Customer Service at 1(800)870-3357.

Try not to make repeat topics, so if you are having battery problems for example. Look for a thread that is about battery problems.


It's much easier to help everyone if you keep battery problems to a battery problems thread, or atomizer problems to an atomizer problems thread.
It will also keep the forums much cleaner, and easier for new people to navigate and find information.

If there is no topic for what you are having troubles with, then feel free to start a new thread.

Posts that are repeat questions and the like will be merged into the proper topic. I don't care if these topics have repeat questions inside of them, as I do not expect everyone to search through a billion posts. It's MUCH easier to help everyone if I'm not answering the same question 5 or 6 times across 5 or 6 different threads.
