depending on the type of facility it is at some have a store front you can go to and pick up your items. It is always good to call ahead and check. Even if it is a store front location, if they already have it packed on a truck and ready to go they will not give it to you.
Also if you know this is gonna happen, once you get your tracking number, there will be an option to "hold package" if you have a Fed Ex store near you. Click the link on it and it should walk you through having the package rerouted to the local store for you to pick up instead of being delivered to your house. They don't have the best Saturday hours, and I am pretty sure they are not open at all on Sunday but if you really want your package I know people have done it before.
I never have lived somewhere close enough to a Fed Ex store to try it out though.

well it's an hour and a half drive and I can't really afford the gas, so I will just wait and be super excited for monday

well it was more of an idea for next time. And there may be a local store front close to you to have it sent to if you get tied up in this kind of situation again.
