Well the most E Cig store online i have gone with in buying electric cigarette dont provide any refunds for shipping and stuff..... So be careful when you are ordering any specific product of Electric Cigarette through shipping......

Most companies in general do not offer a refund for a error that was not their doing. I would say be careful ordering from any company you are not familiar with.... but not based on the fact that a company will not refund shipping based on a USPS error. The carrier should have to pay the refund, not the seller considering the company did their job. They aren't the ones promising the specific date of delivery.
