So, I realize this is partially my fault, but I placed two separate orders last weekend because I decided to order more components after my initial order and couldn't figure out how to add once it went into processing. Anyways, I received both shipments today, except it wasn't both shipments, it was one of the shipments twice. Of course, the one I received was the one that I wouldn't have minded a delay in and the one I was really waiting for isn't even in transit yet.

I've submitted a ticket to CS already, but I just wanted to whine because I really wanted tasty juices today. :(

I am sorry to hear that and we will get to your ticket as soon as possible to see what is going on.

Just an FYI once an order is placed you can not add to it. That's why you couldn't find that option. We used to have that option but then people were adding things as we were packing them and we would pack and move on to the next order and then they would update the order and they would not get it. Plus is make is hard to keep the CC charges straight. So we stopped allowing people to add things to already placed orders.

I totally get that reasoning, trust me. I was actually just dealing with one of my own customers that wanted us to overnight something that had been shipped and picked up by UPS earlier in the day for Ground service. Um, duh...I've told you that UPS picks up at 3:30 at least once a week for months now, so why do you keep making these dumb requests at 4:30???

I know you guys will take care of it. I was just disappointed because I had been over-excited that they were scheduled to deliver today. On a positive note: I'm enjoying the new Magma tankomizer with the Inferno USB batt.
