Sales Kiosk for affiliate

From my understanding of Volcano's reseller terms, you can't actually open any sort of retail operation that sells ONLY Volcano products, which sounds like what this kiosk would be designed to do. Volcano products can be sold if they are in addition to other products, ecig related or otherwise, but Volcano only retail is specifically prohibited, as is using the Volcano name as part of your operational name.

That being said, a kiosk that took orders, collected payment on site, and then sent that information back to a central processing operation which then either fulfilled the order, or placed the appropriate drop ship purchase request, as long as it included products from other suppliers as well as Volcano, might just be something they would allow.

The best way to find out the answers to these sorts of questions is to discuss them with Volcano directly by calling them or by emailing them at info@volcanoecigs.com and requesting information on their reseller program.
