Any suggestions for the sign appreciated.
Yes I can Change it.
Will be posting it in a local establishment above the bar next week.
I can hear the point racking up as we speak.
Great way to turn on to ecigs with disposable sales.. I hope.

Ok, let me make sure I understand what you're doing so I can give feedback accordingly...
The place you have this posted will be selling the e-cigs? They support and allow vaping in the establishment?
So, I guess is this an ad where you'll have like a little kiosk or something? Or are you just posting to drive people to your site to get more info?

Most of the time, with signs especially, you only get a second or two to catch people's attention. If it hooks them they will read more, but a lot of the time, you can think of it like a billboard, where the reader will glance (if you are lucky) in that direction and then maybe keep looking or glance at it again.
Online ads are the same way, so these principles can be used for online ads or printed signs.
I used to write copy on a piece of paper and then flash it in front of someone's face for two seconds before taking it away. Then I would ask them if they could tell me what was on the paper. If they could recall it, it was a pretty good message.
When I look at your sign, I see a no-smoking sign. That is the dominant message (just my opinion here). I think the dominant message should be more like "Smoking: No, Vaping: Yes" or "Electronic Cigarettes Sold Here" or "We Have Electronic Cigarettes!" maybe with "And yes, you can use them inside!"
Other potential benefits could be highlighted, like not having to step outside for a smoke, etc. I don't have the copy for a perfect poster/sign for you, but I'd play up your most important message, and make everything else smaller, but still readable if the viewer decides to read more.

Also, the further away that you can read the dominant message, the better. But every piece of text needs to be legible from at least the bar distance, which much of your text looks clean enough to do except for the Volcano logo area.

Sounds like good advise. Appreciated. I will look into a couple other designs. I re-did this ne quick. Might be better. It is just a draft for now. New one will be colorful and eye catching.
Thanks
