I'm not sure if my order has been placed or not. I placed it last Saturday. Should I have received a confirmation e-mail that my order has been place. My bank acc. has yet to be charged as well.

Unfortunately I left to deposit money in my bank before i ordered my ecig and when i came back and clicked confirm purchase i was auto logged out so i have no points or anything to show on here that i placed it. :?

You can go to the dashboard of you account and it will show all orders placed and status.. But it sounds like you might have logged out and you order was lost because the email comes really quickly.. Usually within minutes in my case.. AB will prolly check for ya.. But ya can log on at the store nd check your orders :) Peace

Yeah there is a timeout period on logons on volcano's store.
Your items should still be in the cart. If not.. guess who's going to rebuild their cart? (you!)

lol kk, i resubmitted my order. I never received a confirmation e-mail or anything for that matter saying it was submitted the first time. I just didn't want to double charged my account, cause that would be VERY bad lol.

You will NOT receive an email confirming your order :thumbdown:

But, you can check the status of your order(s) on your account dashboard --

If the order isn't showing up in the dashboard then it didn't go through.

I still get email confirmations..
But he would've seen points pending, and his account charged within 8 hours..
He just never actually placed the order because his account got logged out before he clicked submit.

Nope you only have one order in. It is on your account, if you didn't get a confirmation email check your spam folder or if you have a white list/ black list on your email account/server make sure cs@volcanoecigs.com is on the white list, or call your email provider to have them do it.Your order is on your account so you can see it and the status change along with the tracking info once it ships on the dashboard of your account.

I have double checked to make sure you did not place one as a guest or anything as well. the only order there is, is the one on your account.

Did you ever used to get confirms? I still get ones for my orders. We have been working on getting our emails to go out not coded as an automated response so email servers will stop blocking them or placing them in the spam folders.
