Shipping error on Volcano's part: RESOLVED

So! I got my Inferno today in the color I wanted and everything with black tanks i didn't even order!
.... and that's about it. It says My name on the package, the shipping slip says Daniel in Virginia. He must be happy right now with all the extra's considering he got all the other stuff i ordered.
I got his kona coffee - Full flavor,
He has my Refillable Mega Clearomizers for my gf's magma e cig (she cant vape at the moment because we ran out of carts..shes back on analogs for the time being :/ )
Along with:
Premium USA Blue water punch - Light
Premium USA Blue water punch - Full flavor
Premium USA Pineapple punch - Full flavor
Premium USA Waikiki water mellon - Light
Cartomizer Refill Kit
I don't know what to do considering i cant get on chat because of some authorization thing that's driving me nuts, and nobody answers the phone at volcano's 1-800 customer service line.
I guess maybe you guys can send those items to me? i don't know that's a lot of money for all that lol.. As for Daniel in Virginia, I hope you're enjoying my Blue water punch..

The General Chat is where most of us hang out, feel free to swing by. However, I would submit a ticket into CS. Log into your account from the store page, on the left you will see Customer Service. Fill out that form and send it in. They will get you sorted out.

I am sorry to hear there was a shipping mishap. You can contact CS via the ticket system, either by logging into your account going to your dashboard and under the customer service tab on the left side of the page, fill out the form and we will get back to you right away. Or you can use the Contact Us form found in the tabs at the top this page.
When you call the 800 number if you get the voicemail it is because all of our representatives are currently busy on another call. If you leave your contact info they will return your call in the order in which it was received.
What error is the chat room giving you when you try to log in? Usually there is a blocked port by your firewall.
We will get this squared away for you as fast as we can.

I thought it might be a blocked port lol. It works 1 out of 10 times i try which is weird. But its all good. I'll go ahead and contact CS. Thank you for the fast reply guys
(btw i tried the inferno with the kona coffee and it is freakin amazing
)

Haven't tried the new kona coffee but the old version was pretty tasty...and I've found the new juices to improve upon the old, in my opinion so I look forward to trying it...CS is great I'm sure they'll get you all squared away!

I received the Kona Coffee BF carts on Monday and I must say I'm not really impressed...didn't taste like the liquid at all. I have never tried the BF carts until now and can't say I'll be ordering more anytime soon. Maybe just spoiled with the Inferno/tank system.

I semi agree with the post above now that I have vaped it some more. It kinda lost its sweet taste after a couple of hits. Needs sugar and milk lol. But anyway everything was fixed, and they are sending what im missing via 2 day fedex
Very happy with the service they called back about 20 mins later and thats tons more than I can say about a vast majority of companies that... lack when it comes to CS. Thanks for the support guys and thank you Volcano Customer Support!
