Shipping outside the US

I had thought of that, but I figured it would be nice for anyone else in the same situation as me to have an official response to this as I can not find any info anywhere on here saying either way.

From what I've seen, they always ask for international orders to call directly and speak to someone...

yeah to place an international order you have to call to place it. There is some info you have to agree to as well.

After 3 days now of trying to get through to customer services and leaving a message with no return call I'm beginning to get rather frustrated with trying to order something!!

When are you going to add on-line ordering to those of us outside the US ? I understand I have to agree to something, but can't that be done on-line too? Like a little checkbox with what I have to agree too?

I read that your customer service is legendary, I'm not seeing that so far!

They are normally very good, are you figuring in hawaii time zone? To be honest I have no idea what time it is in the UK to here or there, thats why I asked. For me when it is 4pm at volcano it is 9pm here. Keep trying its worth it trust me.

Yes it's 6pm here when their lines open at 8am, I have tried from then till I'm too tired to stay up and call so that only leaves me a 5 hourish window to call. I will keep trying as I've done the research and found these to be the best!! So want to give up these stinky cigs and join the revolution!

Its a great feeling when you do! I have been off them for two months now and I can not believe how much better I feel now even physically and I am 190 pounds age 24 so it shocked me at the change physically I had period, let alone in two months!
