I need my USB chargers! Every thing else I have order really got to my mail box fast! But my chargers are just dragging. I have to use my V-Pack at home to charge my V-Battery. Has anyone else had trouble with the shipping of one item or another?

Never, it generally always takes 3 to 4 days to get items from them for me.

On Dec. 17, I placed an order for a couple bottles of juice and a 4ml tube tank. The oder was just over $50 so I used the free shipping with usps. My order was promptly processed and shipped that same day. It quickly became apparent there was a SNAFU with the psot office. My order was lost or misplaced for a few days. According to the usps tracking page I was supposed to recive my order on the 19th. I talked to the CS team and they placed a call or two and gave me an actuall answer. Took a few more days for USPS to get the sh*t in order, but I got my order on the 23rd. I learned almost the exact same thing happened to RockClimb. He placed his order one day before I did. Once again the folks at the customer service department came through and quickly. It is not often I need their thelp, but when I do they respong within a few minutes and make sure the problem is fixed. Top of the line service to go with the top of the line products. Front to back, top to bottom, Volcano is the best on the market. Thank you so much.
