24 hr shipping?

Hi we made our 1st order yesterday. We've been waiting patiently to be able to try these. We researched and chose Volcano because they are said to have great customer service and fast shipping. Anyway we finally made an order and I'm concerned because I was hoping we'd get these by the weekend but I've received no shipping information yet and our order shows as processing still.

I thought orders were supposed to be guaranteed to go out within 24hrs?

I'm in a similar situation. Now, if noone works on Saturdays... I can totally understand wanting to catch some pipe... I ordered around Midnight on Friday night/Saturday morning (7pm Friday Hawaii time) and it still shows as "Processing". For future reference, should I avoid placing orders on Saturday?

I've ordered on the weekend before...kinda just puts ya first in line.. When they open so I don't see where it would hurts..might get it to ya just a lil faster.. If ya are in a hurry...But I'm the last one to ask cause I'm never in a hurry..but when I ordered after hours..and the 2 day Fed Ex...I got my order2 hrs before..the full 48 hr so I think it's a good way:))Peace

I am sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Your order has shipped today, please remember Volcano is in HI which at least 4 hours behind you in time. 6 behind here for me. And orders normally don't leave till late in the day HI time. Depending on the work load we do normally get things out on Saturday but since Sat's are short work days we can't get them all out before the last mail pick up. This week has been massively busy.

Kewl... knowing that Saturday is a half-day, I'll try to start getting my orders in prior to 8:00PM CST on Friday. It's a good indicator that the warehouse is getting slammed. While it may be hectic, it never hurts to be busy. Means my preferred retailer is going strong!
