Shipping to Western Washington
by Pyroclastic Vapor » Mon Nov 14, 2011 1:38 pm
I just wanted to make a comment on shipping to Washington state. I usually order after Wed.night chats. I've almost always recieved my order on the following Monday. I opt for the free shipping, if I can. I think this shows that Volcano is on top of it, when it comes to processing the order and getting it shipped out. So far every order has been perfect, no glitches or mess ups. I just wanted to post this here for anyone living in a major city, ect. in Western Washington, to know what to expect for time of arrival... If you live out in the boonies, it could take longer. Yeah, I'd like to live in HI and just drive over to the main store when I need supplies, but this works for now. Thanks Volcano for being so reliable, you guys are awesome

The Volcano Vape Cafe will be in Olympia, WA and hopefully opening around DEC 1st!
The eCig store is The Vaporium located in Lakewood, WA.
And I do agree that Volcano is on top of their game, so I do not mind at all ordering and waiting for shipping. I figure the gas money I can save driving around is worth it to do the 2 day FedEx.

Thank you Artist Boy and Jagellpuff for the info. I knew there were plans for an Olympia store, missed my chance on opening a store in that location, haha. I only wish I could open my own store, my lifes busy enough. They should do really well there. Can't wait to visit and become a customer with them when they're up and running. Use to live in Lakewood area, hubby and I still visit the area often. Hopefully next time we're up there we'll have time to stop in and check them out. In my original post, I was also making a subtle hint to Joe , Mike or whoever may be listening ... that a contest to Hawaii to visit the original store would be nice, haha. I know in my dreams. I'm only kidding guys.
Love ya Volcano !

Just wanted to update that I placed an order on Cyber Monday - Nov.28th and I just recieved it today Friday - Dec.2nd. Wow! That was fast
I want to mention that there was an "almost" problem. I had placed a big order, so my packaging was in the larger USPS cardboard envelope. One side of it was ripped almost all the way down the side. Thankfully VOLCANO is great at packaging and had all the materials packed inside another cushioned envelope. Thank you thank you VOLCANO staff. Otherwise it would have all fallen out and been lost
and I would have not been a happy camper. So I guess from now on I might have to think about adding that USPS insurance.

Shipping is the downside. That is why typically I go with FedEx as I know they will cover it. it is worth the $8 it costs, but then again most of my orders are over $100 so its free.
