Just leaving town tomorrow.. Will wait till my order arrives lol..just 5 infernos and the tank thing.. Gonna give the tank thing a shot lol.. No big deal at all..ya know me I'm the most patient Dude on the planet..just will make the adjustment if the policy has changed.. They said they would try 3 times..I'm down to my last shot lol..So I guess I'd better check for future reference :) Peace

When I last ordered and used fedex it was whent he tankos rolled out - it hadn't changed for me - fedex leaves it for me inside the door. No signature required. I wonder if it is more of a local thing and not Volcano changing the policy to sig required. Just a thought! I hope you get your stuff soon!!!

We have not changed anything, Fed Ex might have or the new carrier might do things a bit different.

Put a note on your door that says "it's alright to leave it you bastage, you always have before!!!". Ok.. maybe leave the 'bastage' part out. ;P

Edit: Oh and sign the piece of paper and they'll usually take that with them. Has worked for me in the past.

So, a package was sent to me FedEx, sig required. I got an automated phone call the night before delivery, warning me that it was sig required and gave me a list of options, including leaving a signed and dated note. When the package was delivered, the FedEx lady handed me the package and started to walk off. I had to remind her that a sig was required.

Jscott1 could be right about the local thing. This MIGHT be off topic a bit, but my mother used to get "wine of the month" and it was signature required because they had to KNOW it wasn't going into the hands of a minor (alcohol). So maybe because Volcano sells products with nicotine in them, and you even have to click and agreement that your over 18, it is the same thing. My step dad used to work for UPS, and that was the law in Wisconsin where I lived, so maybe your city has either changed its law, or the new delivery guy actually enforces them. But you SHOULD be able to just sign the slip they leave you, and that will probably be okay.
He's climbin' in yo window's, he's snatching yo e-cig up, tryin' to vape um! So ya'll need to HIDE yo carts, HIDE yo atts, AND HIDE yo juice, cause he vaping EVERTHIN' out hurr! So run and tell THAT home boi!
