Stumbling with my first Volcano

Postby Kirrlaos » Sat Dec 31, 2011 12:02 am

Hello names kirr, I'm a first time vapor :D

Was at the mall yesterday and stopped by the thing selling the e-cigs and tried it out and was hooked (was using a cheapo 20$ gas station e-cig lol)

Well I should have let the guy at the mall set it up for me so the problems could have been worked out, but I let him show me least how to fill the thing. Got home, found out that my needle didn't screw on my bottle of juice and I spilled some juice cause of it (I kinda fixed this problem lol) then I got it filled and over filled it and flooded it (fixed this) and found out a few of my clearomizer seals are not properly fitted .. Ya I'm the kind of guy that opens everything and looks at it lol

But I have to say problems aside I love this thing so far now that I got it broke in :D

sounds like you got just about everything sorted out but just in case heres a few pointers,

for the needle cap to work properly you also need to remove the dropper off the bottle. as far as filling clearos the best way is to go slowly, this will help avoid spillage that may be caused by air pockets pushing juice around. as far as the seals not sitting properly its not a big deal unless its blocking the wick and causing a lack of juice flow. that will give you a burnt taste in that case, me personally i dont use any of the seals. not saying thats the way to go but it worked for me plus the only other way to fill them before the needle cap was with a syringe or to drip down the side with the seals removed(kinda stuck in a old habit)

didn't know that the tip of the bottle came out, but now that I look closely I see that it does, should have poked the vendor person a bit more, but as I said was in a hurry. Also how full would you all say to fill the clearomizer?
