Suggestion List - COMPILED

I wanted to make a compiled list of the suggestions from the suggestion thread, this way you don't have to go searching through the entire thread to see if your idea has been posted already.
I'll update this as more suggestions are posted so everything will be right on this first post.
I'm also going to include a 'modders solution' for anything that hasn't been resolved by Volcano yet, or can't be. This way, if there's an alternative solution for the suggestion, you can still get what you're after basically.

Different colored LEDs - Blue, Green, Yellow, ect. I think this should remain customer choice, just need to add in the option in a drop down menu like you do with white/black option for batteries/kits.

Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Will possibly start offering different color LED options for their batteries after the new year.
Modders Solution: If you just REALLY HAVE to have a blue LED, you can order a battery from Blu. I'm not going to give their website though, just google them. But be warned Blu has HORRIBLE customer service, and HORRIBLE shipping times and prices. But if you just can't wait for Volcano to offer them, this will get you a Blue LED quickly.
I however, do not recommend even bothering with Blu.


Manual Batteries - This should remain customer choice also. Like the LED colors, just add in the option when ordering a battery or starter kit. Manual/Automatic.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: There are no Manual batteries for the L88(Volcano model) at this time, but if they do become available Volcano has said they will look into getting them in stock.
Modders Solution: The Manual 510 Batteries work with the Volcano Atomizers, so if you want to use manual style batteries, pick up a 510 battery charger and some 510 batteries. The 510's will not charge of your Volcano chargers, so make sure to get a 510 charger for them.


Cartridge Labels - Cartridges should be labeled so you know what is what inside of your V-Pack
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: They used to label their carts, but it caused a slowdown in their shipping times as they had to wait for their cart stock to arrive with labels on them. So they discontinued the labeling.
Modders Solution: Run to the store and pick up a cheap little electronic labeling machine, and print out your own labels. This also works well for if you have refilled your cartridge with a different flavor, you can update the label as well.


Blank Cartridges - Volcano should offer blank cartridges for those people that like to put their own flavor in the carts.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Volcano now offers Blank Cartridges in their store.


Volcano Liquid - Volcano should offer juices(E-Liquid) in multiple flavors.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Volcano will be working with E-Liquid Planet, an E-liquid supplier with one of the largest flavor selections around.
Modders Solution: There are a ton of Juice vendors out there, so shop around to find your favorite flavors, and then refill your carts with that juice.


Natural Color Carts - Carts that look like cigarette filters, for those that want the look of a real cigarette for the mental aspect of their addiction. Just add another option into the cart/kit selection

Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Natural Carts were offered before, but no one seemed to like them. But might be bringing them back soon to accommodate those customers that want them.


USB Passthrough for Volcano - A USB Passthrough for the Volcano atomizers would be great. This way you don't drain your batteries while you are sitting at your computer vaping.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Volcano pass through should be in the store by the end of the week. (01/11/2010 - 01/15/2010)
Modders Solution: The Volcano atomizers work on 510 batteries, and will work on a 510 passthrough as well, so if you just can't wait for Volcano to get theirs up for sale, you can pick up a 510 passthrough to tide you over, or as a replacement.


Car Charger Accessory - A battery charger for the car would be great for anyone on the go, or on a road trip and needing to charge their Volcanos.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Volcano now offers a battery charger for your car in their accessories section.


Different Pre-filled Cartridge Flavors - Different flavors of pre-filled cartridges for those people that don't want to hassle with refilling their cartridges, or would just like different flavors to choose from with their starter kits.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Volcano put up a post with a voting poll on what your favorite current flavor is, and also asked customers to let them know what kind of flavor(s) they would like to see in the future.


Volcano No-Smoking Signatures - A signature with the Volcano brand, for the folks that already sport a 'I've been analog free for XX days and saved XX dollars.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: We will look into getting this made for you guys!

A Forum Section for exchanges/trades - A place where members can trade any juice or cartridges they just do not like. Rather than letting them go to waste, you can send them to a fellow vaper.
Volcano's repsonse to suggestion: Pyroclastic Ash is running a poll that allows members to vote on the new name for the trade/exchange sub forum.

That's all for now, I will add any new suggestions to the list, and Volcano's response to the suggestions, and if there is one I'll offer a modders solution to the suggestion/problem/ect.

I hope this is useful for you guys to check and see if your idea has already been suggested, and for you guys at Volcano. I'm not sure if you guys write down the suggestions or anything, but if not this will make it easier for you to browse the ideas, haha.

Thel, wow....I was thinking of doing this exact same thing as I was looking through this....hahahah!!

Moving forward, if anyone has a suggestion, please make a new thread for it. It will be easier to keep all the cool ideas organized!

I'm sorry, I have to retract my statement.

We are running tests on this first batch just to make sure every thing is up to snuff before we put them up for sale on the site. We'll report back once everything checks out. Shouldn't be much more than a few days. Sorry for the delay folks, and thank you for your understanding. Aloha ~

Still, the fact that you guys have it to test already is spectacular!!!

Been vaping for just about 2 weeks now and the knack that you guys have to listening to your customers is uncanny. We asked for blank carts, got em. We asked for pass thru, got it. Bravo gentlemen, bravo.

I run a 300 seat restaurant, so I know a thing or two about customer service and always bend over backwards, forwards, or whatever way for my guests. You guys have got that nailed! And that is pretty rare these days, especially from an internet based retailer!

this is the only thing i miss from blu, the printed letters on the carts.
i like to carry 4 flavors with me. 2 menthol, 3 varied. i miss being able to tell which was which without a cheat sheet.

You can always try my modders solution to that.
It works great for me, and it's easy to change the label when I change the flavor.

I put my extra carts in the Vpack in alphabetical order before I leave for the day.
Cherry, Kona, Menthol
Tobacco. last blank spot is for one of my juice filled carts-whichever my fav of the day is.

Works for me for now. Once I start really mixing it up, I will need to print labels but for now it works.
