super mini juice bottle mod.

Postby Artist Boy » Sun May 02, 2010 1:47 pm

after doing my other juice bottle mod of the packs.http://www.volcanoecigs.com/forum/new-pcc-for-the-bottle-era-t1381-20.html#p15349 I was thinking maybe it could be better. So after some messing around I figured this out.

things needed.
Image
Johnson Creek 3 ml bottle
volcano cart cap
volcano empty cart
sharp knife
and some aquarium glass sealer.

step one
Image
cut he cart cap
since the cap is hallow in the middle from the top down to almost the bottom. remove the top of cap so that the hole in the center of the cap is about the same length as the nipple of the dripper tip from the bottle if it is a bit shorter is ok. Then the other end which is the end that is solid. trim it down as much as possible. once that is done take your empty cart ( no inner cart) and trim it down a little bit as the total height will allow for the pack lid to close.
Image
here's what you should have now

Step 2
I guess this should be step one so it can dry while you do the other stuff. But oh well. Using the sealer, seal the mouth end hole of the cart. Allow to dry completely.

Step three
Now that you have everything cut and dried. it's time to put it all together.
Image
insert dripper into cart
Image
put the cap on the tip
Image
put the new super mini juice bottle in pack and you're good to go.

Now you could trim up the little rim around the dripper a bit so you could fit more in next to each other. I might do that later, but you get the idea.

Don't forget to give me credit on coming up with the outer cart idea! Lol. I mean, it wasn't me, it was my husband, and you actually figured out how to plug it, which dripper would fit and how to cap it...but still...LMAO. ANOTHER BRILLIANT MOD AB!
Straight? So's spaghetti until you heat it up!

LOL I like that idea. But I have been artist boy all my life, well as long it wasn't taken before me. Which you would be surprised how many Artist boys there are out there in the world. Maybe I can have a sub-title under my name or something.

Very cool mod! You should add a subtitle, and then copyright your name. :P

Question, and I may just be missing it... but where does the modified volcano plug go???
