Support Ticket still shows open ?

Any reason why a ticket through the help desk would stay open after the issue has been resolved and have notified them of that ?

Anyone know why some of my past orders say reorder and some do not when i look at them through the store at ' my orders ' ?

On the second part I think it's because some items are oos or no longer available. It says it on all of mine when I ordered cartridges

Yes RMA is a "No response" department. It should have been stated in the last response you got from CS before it was transferred over to the RMA department.

I am not sure how the RMA goes about their open tickets that are resolved. CS might be able to answer that better for ya or get you to the person that would know the answer better.

you are correct just checked and there are now oos items in my last few orders ..............a big thx !

thank -you AB contacted customer sevice by opening a new ticket and old ticket now closed !
