what is the best way to poke a hole in your tanks without them leaking?

Do you mean the tube tank, or the small tanks that are used with tankomizers?

If you are referring to the tanks for a tankomizer, I use the tankomizer itself to do that. then i take it off turn it 180 degrees and do it again. Remove the chad, fill, prime and vape. I use a syringe or needle tip bottle cap to refill the tank so I don't have to take the cap off and on, reprime and keep vaping.

Some people need a sympathetic pat..... on the head..... with a really big hammer..... next to a very high cliff..... above really sharp spikes.
