The Endless Processing: RESLOVED

Hello dear fellow vaporers,
First off, I must say, I am in love with my first purchase from volcano. the magma is exactly what I needed to quit smoking. and I am officially 5 days in with no analog. already getting the stiff lungs from not smoking... well smoke.
so last thursday after getting the magma and loving it I made another order on the site. I got an inferno in black, two e-liquids and two anodized drip tips. yet the order that was placed on thursday is still to this day processing. I'm a little concerned with that seeing that orders are to ship 24 hours from the ordered time.
the first order finished processing in the same day, and that was on a sunday.
to this moment I still have no tracking number nor know if my package was sent out promptly or now. also my bank account was already charged for the price.
does anyone know if this is common or a glitch?
Thank you in advance.

Have you received any emails? Check your spam/filter box. Also, under your account, what does the status of your order say exactly, Processing?

Hello Flow,
I have check the system from the end I can see, and it does seem to be stuck in processing. This not not a common event by any means, but it does happen once in a great while. The best thing to do it to create a CS ticket, stating the issue and the order number. CS will send your ticket to shipping that will then verify that the order either has or has not shipped. If it has not shipped then they will make sure it gets out to you right away. Sometimes the system will glitch and not update when things do ship out and once in a great while someone in the shipping department will will error.
I am not CS so I cannot do much other than tell you to open the ticket and the process you will have to go through. Please open a ticket with CS as soon as possible so we can get the ball rolling in correcting this issue for you. If you get the ticket in today we should be able to get the order out Monday if it has not shipped.
Best regards

You should add a week to the time you expect it, that way when it gets there a week earlier, you'll be extremely happy to make up for any delays, lol.

Well Rebel I got the Magma Deluxe kit and it has done everything I expected it to and maybe then some. Everything works awesome. It takes a few days to properly break in the atty but once it's broken in it works fantastic. Huge plumes of vapor and very good taste. I clean it every night before bed too (15-20 minute alcohol bath, rinse with warm water, pat dry and let sit standing up on a paper towel overnight). I love the taste of the prefilled cartridges which by the way I just went with regular tobacco full nicotine strength. I find I do enjoy dripping the best though. I really like the clearomizers but dripping is best for me. Clearos are great on the run though. I honestly love this Magma alot. I have some other flavors coming in soon in bottles. Full strength usa tobacco and cherry lava from Volcano and strawberry cheese cake, chocolate covered banana, and another type of tobacco from another site. I also have a USB passthrough coming in for all around heavy vaping while watching TV or long hours at the PC. All in all Rebel the Magma worked really well for me and Im extremely happy with it. I had thought of going with an Inferno first but I went with the Magma because it had more things I could associate with my old smoking habit such as the size and feel, and even the PCC which is alot like a pack in size. Im very impressed and it enabled me to stop smoking analogs which was my desire in purchasing it. I will say this though I ordered it USPS and I will forever go FedEx next time around. Normally USPS gets things out to ya in about 3 days but it can go 7. Mine got here on day 7 and the tracking was not good which made me a nervous nelly lol ask anyone here they can atest to that and I still owe them a pee pee dance on video lol. But they all got me through the wait and AB was one of the best in helping me through all of it. But anyways the Magma Deluxe kit is totally awesome, I love it and I don't plan on using anything else. I may get an Inferno down the road but for my needs this was a perfect fit. I give it 2 thumbs up

Hi Dan,
I would not clean an atty everyday, especially in alcohol. Artist Boy has written that alcohol could eventually damage an atty. I clean my attys once a week (usually with denture tabs). If you need to clean your attys more often, you could just use hot water, or add a little distilled vinegar for tougher problems.

If you are cleaning attys every day, you should not need to use anything more than hot water. The harder cleaners are really only needed to remove the baked stuff from prolonged use without cleaning. I only clean mine once a week and the hot water does the trick every time.
