as it was it took 12 hours of painstaking cooking to just wind up with 3 pieces

Ya know.. another horrible side effect of E=Cigarettes.. now that brisket has been mentioned, I was saving for a Bradley smoker before I started vaping. Now I gotta start over saving for it again haha. Oh well, still have my trusty manual smoker. And now Eagle has made me want to do a brisket again. Gonna need lots o beer and vaping supplies for the long smoke.

hmmm brisket...hmmmm corned beef. Just thinking these words make me so hungry for them!!!! Am off this coming weekend, may have to make myself a nice brisket!!!
Goodness knows the smell of it cooking may overwhelm my newly restored sense of smell!!!

Just sitting here jealous...no smoker for me...though that will eventually be something I own (I hope)...sad, sad...wish I had a smoker *sniff* and some smoked brisket

I do have a grill..and have used a "smoker box" but...alas, it does not compare to this smoked brisket I once had while visiting a friend down in TN...I've been waiting to recreate that experience for years now...and that place did close down...
