I love their shipping rates, normally, I don't order enough for FedEx express, but last time I did, I placed the order at 7:50 p.m. EST on Wednesday. Friday, at 1:00 p.m. EST, it was at my door. 41 hours!
I had a conversation a week or two ago with a buddy of mine that I remember receiving a catalog in the mail, reading it, filling out the order form, mailing a check. Then a few weeks later, checking my account by phone (high tech in the day) to find the check had been cashed and now knowing that in a week, maybe, if I was lucky, my stuff would arrive.

Remember when all catalog and phone ordered items included the disclaimer "Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery"? Now people get annoyed at 4-6 days.

All I can say is Volcano does it right! My very first online order was for Blu, and all it got me was RED!

I love how Volcano either says they have it or doesn't, and when it ships I know it will be in my hand within days, not weeks!

Keep up the excellent CS!

Jagell, that was my major problem when first new to vaping.

I ordered from a site that I didn't thoroughly research and, after a week, I called them. They had no service. So I e-mailed. And I waited.

And I waited.

And...I waited.

A week AFTER my first email, they finally replied saying that they had been out of stock for a full month BEFORE I ordered.

I shot back with a swift and rather harsh reply, scolding them for not updating their site to reflect it as such and that I demanded my money back.

They played in the dirt for another week. Without a response from them, I flooded them with emails and a thrown-in threat of contacting the BBB.

They finally refunded and, several weeks later, I got my Inferno-T from Volcano.

I've been here ever since.
