Timed Shipment Results!!!!

I placed my order this past saturday (21st) at 7pm CST (2pm HI time) and received a shipping confirmation about an hour later, including a FedEX tracking #. I opted for the 2 Day shipping since I'm heading out of town this weekend. I've checked my tracking number plenty of times today, but it only says "Shipping Information Sent to FedEx" along with a delivery date of today. Should I be concerned that nothing has arrived yet?

if you ordered it on Saturday it probably didn't get shipped out until Monday ( if I'm not mistaken). So from my experience i wouldn't really expect it until tomorrow. One thing I have noticed about fed ex is I don't get any updates from them until it arrives here in the continental US.

Ordered Saturday (21st) and the Fedex website said it would be delivered by 7PM on Tuesday (24th). Here it is Wednesday at 7PM local time and I got nothing but another analog in my hand. I'm really looking forward to finally ridding myself of these things, I just wish either the Fedex site would update and let me know where it's at, or it would show up in the next 30 minutes before I open another pack (only have 4 left in this one)

Sorry to hear that there are problems, have you tried contacting FedEx? If they have it, I'm not sure what Volcano can do at the moment...

I'm sure Volcano did what they were supposed to do. When I placed my order the site said there was a 5-7 day wait on the starter kit, so I really wasn't expecting it right away, but I started getting excited when I got the ship confirmation and the Fedex site said it would be here yesterday by 7...currently the site reports finally that it was picked up. Oh well, I guess I'll get it soon enough.

Oddly enough, I was cruising around the forums and came across the link for the webcam inside the Vapor bar/Lounge. Clicked on it and watched for about 5 minutes or so, during that time I saw a Fedex guy walk in with a cart and leave with bags of packages on it. Mine was prolly in one of those bags.

not sure if it directly effected your order but it might have slowed down the works a bit. Hope it get to you soon
