OK...

37 year old, 15+ year smoker. spent a good portion of my life, fat, out of shape, and ruining my health with smoking and drinking alot.



After 2 years of hard work...i'm 130 lbs down and in the best shape of my life. i work out 5 times a week and watch my eating like a hawk!


But still...everyone was on my case about smoking. "you had all that will power...why don't you quit smoking too!" blah blah blah. why? cuz i didn't WANT to. and no smoker in the world is going to quit who doesn't want to quit. and i realized that i was going to quit...it was actually for these two reasons:

1) go get everyone ELSE to get off my back
2) dying SLOWER sounds pretty awesome

LOL

after listening to being pestered constantly about it...my brother, of all people, (one of the BIGGEST pains about smoking lol) suggested e-cigs. hmm...i get my nicotine...and my "smoke"...but it's healthier?? why not?

bought a blucig pack. and i was instantly a fan of vaping. no withdraws, no smell, no hacking cough....and best of all...people are actually praising me for "quiting" LOL i don't think i "quit"...i just changed brands. 3 days now...and ZERO desire to go back to burning tabacco like a dam caveman lol.

But the blucig just isn't awesome, is it? the fact that it was a lot like regular smoking appealed to me....for about 24 hours. after that, i wanted the big flavor and hit that the blucig couldn't produce.

researched...and researched...and researched. Apollo got alot of good comments...as did volcano. The Inferno REALLY caught my eye. Today....ordered it. i'm so stoked about getting it! cannot wait

Welcome to the Vape Train D3mon... Congrats on making the switch to vaping and on the weight loss! I too got the guilt trips of "you are so determined, strong willed, why can't you quit?" So like you, they think I quit and I think I just switched brands of smokes!

congrats on the many life changes you have made so far and for the newest one. dropping the analogs. Blu is a good starting point since you can find them locally now. Many people start there and then quickly switch over to us. The Inferno will rock your socks off compared to the Blu.

One of the things I LOVE about vaping.... I was able to quit analogs w/out the common weight gain... If I feel like something sweet... I pick up a sweet vape

weight gain is without a doubt, a show stopper. but i exercise so much, i could pound cakes all day and probably be fine LOL


hang in there? Question: did yall have issues changing over?! cuz i'm having NO problems and no cravings to go back. i tried several times to quit....but changing brands to vapor smokes has been perfect for me.
